Welsh Waters Asset Management Framework represents an approach that provides a “line of sight” from the strategic direction set within the business to the direct management of the asset base. How Welsh Water´s assets are operated, maintained and improved and the supporting enabling processes are fundamental in delivering its strategic objectives. The Asset Management Framework was developed around the core elements of Plan-Do- Check- Act and provides access and visibility to all Welsh Water and its partners of its policies strategies plans processes and systems now and in the future.
