Abstract :
An intelligent harmonic instrument for household appliances is presented in this paper. The instrument is based on the CS5463 and an MCU with 16-bit ADC. The windowed Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm and the two degree Newton interpolation algorithm is employed to calculate the harmonic. The results illustrate the proposed instrument is cheap, precise and fit for the household appliances.
