            Abstract : 
Few of the works has been focused on the study of production strategy optimization, especially for thin-film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) industry. The glass substrate is one of the key components of LCD-panel. Some production strategies are compared here for glass substrate production and a case from a real world has been studied, the results can give some support for the production planning.
