Abstract :
In the paper, the FLUENT software is used for numerical simulation and characteristic analysis for gas flow in nozzle, unitary flow theory is also applied to establish the mathematical model for nozzle, especially its backpressure functions and associated boundary conditions are defined, and numerical methods for unsteady flow in the nozzle are obtained. Besides, according to governing equations, the relationship between speed and pressure of gas flow is analyzed as well as that between speed of gas flow and section area of the nozzle.
