Abstract :
With engine developing towards high-speed, high-power and light-weight, problem of engine´s vibration is becoming more and more serious. In order to reduce the engine´s vibration, engine mount system must be designed. A kind of semi-active damp variable mount and its control law were introduced in the paper. By building simplified mount model, the vibration performance of a traditional passive mount, an on/off type semi-active mount and a continuous semi-active mount were simulated and compared. The simulation results showed that the continuous semi-active mount based on sky-hook damp can isolate the engine vibration transmissibility effectively, especially in high frequency band. Control law of semi-active variable damp mount is simple and practical., So it can be chosen as engine mount system.
