Abstract :
Regarding the urgent demand for multi-reservoir flood operation decision-making on basin wide, this paper focused on related key techniques in reservoirs flood operating scheme generation. The main research work can be divided into two parts. One is the discussion on cornel techniques in system integration. The other is to form a compositional inference rule for real-time flood operating based on fuzzy messages and graph theory methods. Different from the current developed flood operating systems, we take some fuzzy messages into account while multi-reservoir floods operating decision making. The system developed in this paper can help make feasible flood operating schemes based on real-time and forecasted information.
