Abstract :
In order to improve the economic benefit of the telecom market in the chaotic state, the dynamic model of telecom market is established and the time-delayed feedback chaos control is proposed. If the parameters are out of the stability region of the Nash equilibrium, the period even the chaotic state would be appeared. The economic performance is poor in the chaotic state. The difference between the information provider´s information quantity in one period and some period previous is took as control signal of the time-delayed feedback chaos control method, which is added to the information quantity of the next period, and the chaotic behaviour is controlled to Nash equilibrium, thereby the economic benefit of the market is increased. The proposed method is verified by the examples of three providers in telecom market.
