Abstract :
Knowledge, replacing physical assets, becomes gradually the most important resource in organizations recently. The core capabilities of organizations are also changing into integrated combinations of a variety of knowledge and skills, instead of owning only one product or skill. This type of knowledge development and management is closely related to intellectual capital. Intellectual capital, an important means of creating value, is the critical factor in maintaining sustainable competitive advantages of organizations. In this paper, a relationship model among intellectual capital elements in universities is proposed, and structural equation is utilized to verify the validity of this supposed model.
