Abstract :
Organizational improvisation interfered with some learning processes; it also sometimes played a role in long-term trial-and error learning, and the firms displayed improvisational competencies, and it has developed into a very important ability of all kinds of organizations, and this ability has been paid attention to widely by researchers of organizational theories and practitioners of organizational management. Accordingly, it is very important to explore the determinants of organizational improvisation for researchers and practitioners, moreover, this paper also discussed prerequisites and characteristics of organizational improvisation.
