Abstract :
Projection pursuit model based on complex algorithm is proposed in this paper. The model overcomes the limitations of traditional water quality evaluation models. Projection pursuit model can reveal structural features of high-dimensional data, solve incompatibility issues of evaluation results of water quality indexes, and improve water quality evaluation resolution. A case study of water quality evaluation of Yuqing lake reservoir is presented to demonstrate the proposed method. We use complex algorithm to find the optimal projection direction, and analysis the impact of water quality indicators on reservoir water quality by projection direction information. The calculation example shows that the model is a powerful tool in analysing complex multifactor problems.
