Abstract :
The integration of scheduling flow of water resources and knowledge management (KM) makes the assumption realized that the proper knowledge could reach the very people promptly in right way, thereby improves the management level and standard of water scheduling. This paper analyzes the features of knowledge management in water scheduling, and integrates the scheduling flow with the knowledge management upon the integration of contexts and knowledge. Additionally, it discusses the key technology adopted in the fulfilling of such integration. On this basis, the knowledge management framework upon water scheduling flow is proposed.
