Abstract
Based on credibility theory and two-stage fuzzy optimization method, this paper presents a new class of dynamic capacity acquisition and assignment model. Then we deal with the approximation of fuzzy two-stage dynamic capacity acquisition and assignment problem. After that, a heuristic algorithm, which combines approximation approach, neural network (NN) and simulated annealing (SA), is designed to solve this dynamic capacity acquisition and assignment problem, and a numerical example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the designed algorithm.
