  • Abstract
Fuzzy cluster analysis principle and calculation approaches are introduced. This method is applied to evaluate the change trend of water environment of urban water supply source. The fuzzy cluster analysis results are that water environment quality of water supply source was better in 1997, 1998 and 1999, but wore in 1996 and 2000. From this fuzzy clustering results, it can be known that the change tendency of water environment of urban water supply source of 5 years (1996~2000) is from bad to better, then getting worse. The fuzzy cluster analysis method provides a very great help in grasping water environment.
