Abstract
Circular economy development mode is the necessary choice to change the economic growth pattern of coal enterprises in China. In this course, one of the core problems is to evaluate the effect of developing circular economy. So a three level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is developed in this study based on establishing the hybrid evaluation indexes system. In addition, the calculating method of index weights is improved by building fuzzy consistency matrixes. In the end, case study proves the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
