Abstract :
Transmit electricity projects have taken a significant importance in electricity construction in our country, with the large invest and long construction period, and also the construction quality is directly related to the useful time of the whole project, based on the above reason, the focus has turned to how to bring the invest into play and realize the maximized investment benefit. Therefore, this paper is aimed at to the cost control in the designing stage of transmit electricity projects, with analysis of the interrelation between technique and economy, also between cost and value, then to make a improvement to the design proposal of the transmit electricity projects.
