Abstract :
This thesis initially reveals the life philosophy, cultural connotation and value significance of traditional Wushu in the cultural perspective; highlights the philosophical thought of cultivating oneself physically and spiritually, unity of form and spirit, the doctrine of the mean and harmony, natural quietness, cultivate the moral character and nourish the nature, cultivate one´s temperament, static and dynamic binding, aesthetic experience and cultural understanding in traditional Wushu. The purpose of this thesis is to enhance people´s awareness of fitness thought of Chinese traditional Wushu, so as to provide a reference for national fitness project´s value orientation.
