  • Abstract
    Enterprise´s core competence is essential in corporation sustainable development and competitive advantage. So it is especially vital for the enterprise to recognize, evaluate, and advance their core competences constantly. This paper analyses the core competence of real estate enterprises with the value chain and knowledge capital. At first, the paper sets up the value chain model of real estate enterprises; second, the paper constructs evaluation index system of real estate enterprise´s core competence from the perspective of knowledge capital; then the paper constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of real estate enterprise´s core competence based on membership transformation. Finally, with an example, the paper evaluates the core competence of a real estate enterprise using this model. This study helps the real estate enterprise to improve the management of its knowledge capital and find the way to cultivate its core competence.
