Abstract :
Low back pain continues to be one of the most prevalent problems in health care today, which has caused disability, presented a heavy economic burden for society and influenced the life quality of patients. Clinicians must develop a more logical rationale for treatment. Only then can our efforts assist in curtailing the low back pain. The individual diagnosis and treatment should be highlighted and exercise therapy for low back pain must be paid much attention in the clinic practice. The ¿two match¿ models must be closely followed. That is, matching the classification system of low back pain to appropriate exercise mode. Meanwhile, matching the physical fitness of patients to their exercise intensity, duration, frequency and exercise cautions. On that basis, the individual exercise therapy model for low back pain will be established, which will be featured as highly targeted and individualized.
