Abstract :
This article makes use of the new concept of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and engineering resource management (ERM), by the way of consultation with relevant marine management experts in the form of questionnaires to construct comparative matrix, utilizing matrix theory to respectively calculate the numerical value of each human error and arrange them in sequence, to obtain the key factors of human errors, which could provide a reference to the shipping industry in the field of maritime transport management.
