A Practical Teaching Management System of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Workflow

In response to the increasingly complex business of practical teaching management in higher vocational colleges, the theory of workflow was applied to the management system. This paper presents the practical teaching management system which is developed independently by the author´s team. It takes the key link of teaching management -- `Experiments appointment´ for an example, which analyze the complexity and variability in system workflow. And based on this conclusion, a more flexible and scientific design scheme of workflow engine has been proposed by it to built a data structure of workflow system and finally apply to the management of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges.
