The Evaluation of the Logistics Socialization Reform of Local Colleges: Theoretical Model and Practical Analysis

Constructing an objective, scientific back-local colleges social reform and the evaluation index system of comprehensive evaluation model, you can objectively and rationally find "short-board" of the logistics community reform, and the "benchmarking" of the reform establishment. At the same time, it can provide a useful theoretical tool for building market-oriented, efficient logistics support system for the new practice of reform. In this paper, local colleges of socialization of logistics reform model has been analyzed, we get six factors that affect the logistics socialization reform of the local colleges, those are management system, operation mechanism, the allocation of resources, choice of services, support capacity and monitoring mechanism.
