Abstract
Integrative social contract between enterprise and stakeholders is the root cause of stakeholder interests. The different cognition of stakeholder interests in enterprise is caused by complexity of integrative social contracts. According to empirical study, in perspective enterprise growth, we analyzed the different cognition of stakeholder interests in the enterprises which have different life-cycle and scale. Based on our research, we suggest that if society pays more attention to small and medium-sized enterprises and decline period enterprises, they would have better response to stakeholder interests, and their sense of social responsibility would be enhanced.
