Abstract :
Jiaozuo mining area emit significant amount of mine water per year, most of which lost in vain in the absence of scientific management and planning. On the one hand, water resource of Jiaozuo is acutely short; on the other hand, mine water was wasted and environment was polluted. Based on the analysis of the hydro-geological conditions as well as mine water inflow for a nearly decade in Jiaozuo mining area, large-scale systems and the principle of multi-objective decision analysis were applied to alleviate water conflicts. The model of the optimal allocation of water resources in Jiaozuo mining area was established to solve the competition issues of water resources, and ensure sustainable development of regional water resources and coordinated development of social, environmental and economic comprehensive benefits.
