Abstract :
Synchronization motion is the basis of hydraulic system of tensioner for pipelaying vessel during work. It is difficult to fulfill synchronization control. In this paper, an integrated PID neural network controller is proposed to achieve a synchronization of cylinders. The controller comprises an individual cylinder controller and a dual-cylinder coordinate controller, in which the individual controller realizes the position control and the dual-cylinder coordinate controller control synchronization motion of dual-cylinder. The simulation results show that the integrated controller can effectively achieve the position synchronization with maximum synchronization error within ±2.6 mm.
