Abstract :
This paper presents our recent research work on SoftMan and the issue of its dynamic migration that we address. Through analyzing the way to solve problems among multi-SoftMans, the paper defines explicitly the types of SoftMan, and meanwhile the framework of dynamic migration and an effective algorithm are put forward. On this basis, we give detailed discussion about the key questions covering migrated data and the flow of migrating control. Furthermore, by rebuilding the Linux kernel, we have implemented dynamic migration of SoftMan and also laid a foundation for the following work.
