  • Abstract
    Biomass energy is a kind of renewable resources. After using the prototyping machine to press bio-energy into block in ordinary temperature, it can be used as a fuel. This paper introduces the working principle and system function of the two-way extrusion biomass fuel hydraulic prototyping machine. The control core of the system is AT89S51. This paper also described the design of the hardware and software of the system in detail. Considering the stability of the system, there are some anti-interference designs which contain hardware part and software part. In practical application, the system has achieved good results.
