  • Abstract
    Compared with the indirect frequency synthesizer, the direct frequency synthesizer possesses advantages of excellent phase stability, ultra low phase noise index and fast frequency switching speed, etc., but it is difficult to make its spurious index very good. In order to solve the difficult problem of spurious signal suppression of direct frequency synthesizer, a full study and consideration should be made at the phase of scheme design to select an optimized scheme. This paper describes the design and implementation of an X-band direct radar frequency source for some radar system and presents the result of development.
