Abstract :
The linear-carrier FM method of high-PRF ranging has the advantage of large unambiguous range, and the disadvantage of large range error. In this paper, the linear-carrier FM method of high-PRF ranging for airborne AESA is studied. In contrast to the traditional range computation, an unambiguous and accurate range can be achieved through adjusting the FM rate.
