Abstract :
The parameters estimation of K-distribution based on zlog(z) expectation is extended to zrlog(z) expectation. The parameters estimation expression is derived, and the estimate precision of zrlog(z) expectation estimator is analyzed as exponential r is taken on various values. Simulation results show that in the parameters range of radar spiky clutter, the estimates based on zrlog(z) expectation is more accurate than that based on zlog(z) expectation and normalised log estimator (NLE) when r is less than unity.
