Abstract :
In this paper, a new method for modeling and simulation of coherent correlated K-distributed clutter is proposed. First, the proposed method in this paper proves that coherent K-distributed clutter, with any scale parameter, can be modeled by weighted sum of product of Gaussian random sequences; then, according to cross-power spectrum density, a realizable filter is proposed, which makes up the shortage of ZMNL (zero memory nonlinearity transformation) method that the filter is not realizable; and, a method for correlated K-distributed clutter is proposed, which can generate clutter with any arbitrary ACF (autocorrelation function). Analysis and simulation show that this new method, compared with classic methods, doesn´t need to calculate complex operation, has realizable filter and can generate coherent correlated clutter with any arbitrary ACF, and that it is fit for quick software and hardware implement.
