Abstract
The effect of missile rotation error on SAR imaging is investigated in this paper. It shows that the missile rotation error impacts both amplitude and phase of received signal, and then causes the paired echoes in SAR images. The simulation results fully demonstrate the correctness of analysis. Our work could provide the reference for the system design, such as mounting antenna on the axis of the missile, using three-axis stability platform, choosing reasonable image area.
