Abstract :
Supply chain performance influencing path analysis is an important problem with strategic meaning in the automotive supply chain of China. Currently, the complexity of the automotive products makes the supplier management difficult in the automotive industry. In this case, researching on the relationship of supply chain performance factors and finding the solutions become a good way to improve the supply chain performance. So far, many mathematics tools have been used to analyze the relationship. Considering the characteristics of automotive supply chain, we choose fuzzy Petri net in this paper and give suggestions according to the analysis result. This study proves that combining fuzzy Petri net technology, supply chain performance theory and practical experience would be an ideal method to improve supply chain performance.
