Abstract
Market structure and technological innovation theory think that there are close relationship between market structure and technological innovation. This thesis analyzed the structure of the real estate market in our country based on the theory of market structure and technological innovation, finding out that the scale of our country´s real estate enterprise is small, the competitive ability is not strong, but the scale exists a gradual expanding trend; The market concentration of real estate industry is low, market structure is irrational, however it is benefit to technological innovation in real estate business. We can conclude that real estate business achieve competitive advantage, further expand the scale, increase market concentration, make market structure optimize, only through technological innovation.
