Abstract :
The inventory management of traditional Chinese medicines is an important part of GMP and GSP. For pharmaceutical trading enterprises (sales), after the drug delivery before selling, the drugs are mostly stored in the warehouse in order to ensure drug safety, effectiveness and quality control, which are the basic duties of pharmaceutical trading enterprises. How to ensure drug safety, effectiveness and quality control? How to make the drug management process successfully? How to reduce the cost? This paper attempts to explore these problems from the static and dynamic inventory strategy.
