Abstract :
This article analyzes the principles of value innovation strategy in depth, proposes a way for the construction of the value innovation strategy in service enterprises. And to Jinjiang Inn Co., Ltd. as an example, discusses the realization of the value innovation strategy in service enterprises. It comes to the conclusion that through the value innovation, service enterprises can provide totally new and superior customer value for existing market or make significant improvements in customer value in order to make their own from the original field of competition and get greater market space.
