Abstract :
As tertiary industry, mobile communications have unique channel management for the provision of invisible communication service products, and the characteristics of unity of production process and consumption process. This paper firstly use SWOT analysis for business environment, channel strategy and faced competitive pressures of Henan Mobile, then provide the necessities of its channel reform combined with the trend of future mobile market, and finally sum up the channel management strategy of mobile company providing a reference for Henan Mobile to enhance progress.
