  • Abstract
    Energy and utility systems are very vital for normal production of refinery. An appropriate energy and utility control system can save fuel, water, steam and so on under the condition of normal production. So it can tremendously reduce production cost. This paper presents the energy and utility control system based on a novel method and architecture. Its application and capability is validated.
