Abstract :
Information integration of several experts about weights of indices is one of the most principle issues in group evaluation. Based on the nonrestraint of parameters selection of soft sets and the characteristic of matrix operations, this paper describes the order relation of the evaluation indices and an new method of determining the weights of evaluation indices. The corresponding algorithm is provided subsequently. Lastly, this algorithm is applied to compute the weights of indices in the partner selection for technological innovation of enterprises. The result shows that the approach provided in this paper is efficient and feasible.
