Abstract :
In order to raise the constructive funds to develop the western zone by market-oriented approach through various channels, this paper learns from the successful financing model of some domestic cities. In this paper, we designed different financing models at different stages of the western zone through investigation method, induction, deduction, etc., especially through land mortgage, the National Development Bank, and the latest TBT project financing to get funds.
