Abstract :
Based on the principle of innovative alliance formation process of virtual enterprise cooperative projects, the risk management models including the process of brainchild project market risk and virtual enterprise project cooperation design, co-manufacturing process, and co-marketing process are established. Also, their risk factors definition, identification and assessment are carried out, monitoring and controlling methods are selected; with the project market risk as the special case, the primary identification of virtual enterprise project market risks are made with the help of strategic environ analysis model, and the expert investigation method and the membership degree evaluation method are used to identify the key risk factors. Accordingly, this paper suggests a four-dimensional characteristic risk assessment index system based on risk occurrence probability, jeopardy, uncontrollability and unpredictability; and at the same, the F-CEM is adopted to establish the structural model of brainchild project market risk assessment or evaluation as well as the sequence sorting model of brainchild project market risks based on the voting theory. This paper probes into the project risk degrees and overall risk comprehensive assessment program. Meanwhile, the applied research is conducted on the technological development in combination with the brainchild project practice carried out by some research institutes and the institutions of higher learning.
