Abstract :
Considering its features of Mid-route of South to North Water Transfer Project, such as long water transferring distance, large numbers of different types of structures and huge investment, an engineering construction management system is developed for Tianjin section of Mid-route of South to North Water Transfer project based on the real engineering construction of Tianijn section. The sub-systems and functions of the system are introduced first, and then some discussions are made for key techniques of the system. The system can provide dynamic information support for the construction and operation management of the key projects and also provide the basis for the establishment of construction organization plan.
