Study on the Performance of Core Enterprise in Business Ecosystem Based on AHP-FCE

The core enterprise of the business ecosystem, which is the hub of the whole system, played an important role to the development and competitions of the whole system, so it is necessary to know its operations for the core enterprise and the whole system. So we should establish a rational evaluation system in order to know its functions in system, discover the problems and improving them, so that promote its sustainable and healthy development. In this paper, the definition of business ecosystem and core enterprise is discussed to evaluate the performance. Then, the comprehensive evolution method is analyzed, especially; the steps of fuzzy comprehensive evolution approach were detail discussed. At last, we has analyzed the results, and seen the important role of core enterprise in the business ecosystem to make sure the whole business system in the better situation. It has been beneficial and practical as well.
