Abstract

Consumer Electronics Subsidy Program is Chinese government set out a measure in order to extending domestic demand and response to the global economic crisis. But the subsidy strategy for rural areas in the home appliances that existing two different models which is the price fixing subsidy and the quota subsidy. This article establishing a consumer electronic products supply chain model. Consider maximizing the domestic demand, the price fixing subsidy strategy is superior to the quota subsidy strategy.
