Firm Resources and Dynamic Capability Promotion: An Empirical Study

Abstract :
Firm resources play crucial role in the promotion of dynamic capabilities. This paper began with resources and explored the promotion mechanism of firm financial resources, human resources, technological resources and networking resources on firm dynamic capabilities based on 153 valid questionnaires. The empirical evidence shows that firm financial resources and human resources are positively associated with dynamic capabilities while technological resources and networking resources make no significant role on firm dynamic capabilities. Finally we discussed the relevant results and made an outlook for future research.
