Abstract
Employees´ role pressure in service industry has significant impact on service-oriented, the study which make the tourism hotel as an example has shown that the impact of role ambiguity is active for innovation, but the role conflict and role overload has negative impact. So managers need to study the mechanism of the impact of role pressure on employees´ behavior carefully, and manage staff´ s knowledge and emotioneffectively to create atmosphere for service innovation.
