Abstract
PMCG (packaged mass consumption goods) refer to the consumer goods with short useful life and fast consuming, and they mainly depend on consumer´s high frequently using and expending again and again and a large scale market shares to earn profit and value. The industrial characteristic require enterprise respond rapidly to each links of supply chain system, therefore, building up the supply chain system of PMCG is a necessary choice for enterprise to adopt for the market competition and meet with the enterprise inner requirements. Through the system, enterprise could gain the market information promptly, manage and control its wholesaler and distributor, exactly know the goods´ circulating state during the course of sale, effectively allocate enterprise resource and rightly forecast the sale volume, ultimately improve the enterprise´s competitiveness.
