Abstract
Through the expansion of CH model, we establish the based model of regional technology diffusion. Using the provincial-level panel data to test and optimizate this model, we respectively establish technology diffusion models of the four regions. According to the model, we analyze the effects of the various paths´ spillover of technology diffusion on regional technological progress, and apply technology diffusion models to the study of regional economic development. Research results show that the regional diffusion models play an important role on studying how to enhance regional technology innovation capability, optimize the industrial structure and narrow the regional gap in economic development.
