Abstract
In this paper, after the analysis of enterprise historical development process and innovative theoretical practical application we have proposed the enterprise independent innovation theory based on project-driven perspective, enterprise putting independent innovation into practice is an inevitable trend which developed under the open international competition condition in today´s society, from the mechanism analysis of project-driven late-development advantage and inner driving we has carried on the association analysis between social development and enterprise innovation, after analyzing some quite related comparison studies on domestic and foreign independent innovation theory with project angle, we dissected the key project-driven element constructed enterprise independent innovation, at the first time from the project-driven perspective we put forward this enterprises independent innovative construction framework theory by that we hope to provide a new theory to support for enterprise independent innovation.
