Abstract
The remuneration incentives and the indexes of their effect measurement for the managers of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) are systematically designed in this paper, and the descriptive statistic analysis is made of the empirical samples. The principal component analysis and the cluster analysis are used to carry out the dimension reduction and weight assignment of the index structure vectors of remuneration incentive effects for the operation managers of the listing SOE. With an aim at the empirical study samples, the remuneration incentive effects of the operation managers of the listing SOE can be measured, and the features of remuneration structure for the managers in corresponding to the scored values of remuneration incentive effects are summarized.
