  • Abstract
    The project approval evaluation of science and technology industrialization projects are the important stage in evaluate the industrialized value and judge the industrialized condition of scientific and technological achievements. This paper analysis the deficiency in the evaluate logic, contents, operability of the current project approval evaluation of science and technology industrialization projects, according to the principles of objectivity, attainability and measurability of the indicators data, with the use of Principal Components Factor Analysis, project approval evaluation scale is established and optimized, the performance evaluation index system is build, clearly define the concept of indicators, standard of score and evaluate references, improve the maneuverability of the performance evaluation index system, provide reference frame for performance evaluation of projects.
